RWT AG, with its registered office in Rußbach am Paß Gschütt, registered in the Commercial Register of the Salzburg Regional Court under FN 600787 k, hereby announces that the publication date of the audited annual financial statements for the 2024/2025 financial year, ending on January 31, 2025, including the reports, cannot be met. Due to internal processes and limited personnel resources on the part of the appointed auditor, the planned completion date of June 30, 2025, is not feasible. The new publication date will be July 21, 2025. Consequently, an adjustment of the company calendar is also necessary. An updated version of the company calendar can be viewed in the IR section of RWT AG.
