The Management Board of RWT AG announces that, with the approval of the Supervisory Board, the Management Board of RWT AG has resolved to create the conditions for so-called phase-congruent dividend capitalization.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Phase-congruent dividend activation creates the conditions for the parent company to recognize the dividend of the subsidiary, which is still to be resolved based on the financial statements for the current fiscal year, already in the current fiscal year of the parent company, and thus, among other things, to use it for the resolution of dividends at the parent company.<\/p>\n

The phase-congruent dividend activation is intended to provide RWT AG with liquidity and simultaneously prepare for the possibility of paying out dividends at the RWT AG level. The specific decision on whether to propose a resolution for payment of a dividend to the Annual General Meeting remains with the bodies of RWT AG and will be made specifically after the financial statements of RWT AG are completed.<\/p>\n

Die RWT AG hat weiters als Alleingesellschafterin der 100 %igen RWT AG -Tochtergesellschaft RWT Hornegger & Thor GmbH den Beschluss gefasst, die Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer der Tochtergesellschaft \u00fcber die Absicht zu informieren, dass unter Nutzung der unternehmens- und gesellschaftsrechtlichen M\u00f6glichkeiten eine Aussch\u00fcttung in H\u00f6he von mindestens EUR 1.500.000,- f\u00fcr das Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr 2023\/2024 beschlossen werden soll. Die konkrete Beschlussfassung erfolgt nach Fertigstellung und Feststellung des Jahresabschlusses der RWT Hornegger & Thor GmbH zum 31.01.2024 f\u00fcr das Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr 2023\/2024.<\/p>\n
