Our focus is on toolmaking, mold making, prototype construction, and assembly manufacturing. At our location in the Salzburg region, we also produce modern engine components and precision parts on a contract manufacturing basis. We can ensure short turnaround times thanks to automation with the Hermle RS2 robot system. We can draw upon modern machine park resort to. Our manufacturing ranges in detail from the production of complex turned and milled parts

as well as casting processing including pattern equipment and procurement of raw castings, through high-precision grinding work (external cylindrical grinding, internal cylindrical grinding, surface grinding, contour grinding, thread grinding, and form grinding, as well as straight and helical gears and bevel gears), honing and finishing, up to wire erosion, as well as the reproduction of engine parts (e.g., for classic cars: connecting rods, camshafts, housings, and much more).

We meet the high demands for quality and delivery reliability required in motorsport. Our good and successful cooperation with well-known companies in the motorsport scene also confirms this. We manufacture parts made of aluminum, magnesium, and even high-end parts made of titanium and steel.

We guarantee very fast turnaround times thanks to automation with the Hermle RS2 robot system. This is made possible on the one hand by our fast CAD/CAM programs (ProEngineer, GoElan) and on the other hand by our modern machinery. We process aluminum, magnesium, various types of steel, titanium, and plastics. Our particular strengths lie in complex components (connecting rods, crankshafts, housings, gears, etc.): whether machined from solid material or cast/forged parts.
