RWT AG, with its registered office in Rußbach am Paß Gschütt, entered in the company register of the Salzburg Regional Court under FN 600787 k, announces that on Monday, November 20, 2023, an application was filed for the inclusion of all 13,500,000 no-par value shares of the company in the Vienna MTF of the Vienna Stock Exchange, market segment „direct market plus„, which will be listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange. All shares of the company are to be traded from Monday, December 4, 2023, under the ISIN AT00RWTRACE1 in the Vienna MTF's market segment „direct market plus“(therefore traded in the Xetra® T7 trading system, by Market Group DIPA). The issuer's shares will be included in the auction trading procedure in accordance with the „Trading Rules for the XETRA Automated Trading System“. The reference price of the shares has been set at EUR 2.68 per share.
