Der Vorstand der RWT AG teilt mit, dass die 100 %ige RWT AG -Tochtergesellschaft RWT Hornegger & Thor GmbH mit dem Alleingesellschafter der Russbacher Wasserkraft GmbH (FN 585079 k) Einigung über den Erwerb sämtlicher Anteile an der Russbacher Wasserkraft GmbH erzielt hat. Die Zielgesellschaft betreibt ein Kleinwasserkraftwerk (KWK) in Rußbach am Paß Gschütt. Das KWK weist derzeit eine Engpassleistung (PM) von 96 kW und ein Regel-Jahresarbeitsvermögen (RAV) von 440.000 kWh auf. Zugleich wird ein Projekt übernommen, bei dessen Umsetzung eine Ausweitung der Engpassleistung auf 289 kW und des Regel-Jahresarbeitsvermögens (RAV) auf 1,215000 kWh erreicht werden kann.
Currently, the energy generated is fed into the public grid. RWT Hornegger & Thor GmbH intends to also use the energy for its own operations in the future.
