RWT AG, with its registered office in Russbach am Pass Gschütt, registered in the commercial register of the Salzburg Regional Court under FN 600787 k, hereby announces that the publication date of the audited annual financial statements for the financial year 2024/2025 ended on January 31, 2025, including the reports, cannot be met. Due to internal processes and limited personnel resources on the part of the appointed auditor, the planned publication date of June 30, 2025 cannot be realized. The new publication date will be 21.07.2025. As a result, an adjustment to the corporate calendar is also necessary.
