At the Annual General Meeting of RWT AG on August 22, 2024, the second item on the agenda was the full distribution of the net retained profits for the 2023/2024 financial year in the amount of EUR 1,193,808.21. Subsequently, under the third item on the agenda, it was resolved to use the profit earmarked for distribution in the form of a dividend of EUR 0.08 per share.
In the course of finalizing the annual financial statements as at 31.01.2025, it became apparent that a balance of EUR 113,808.21 in retained earnings had not yet been distributed.
If the dividend had been paid out in full, the dividend per share would have amounted to EUR 0.0884, which means that an amount of 0.84 ct (before deduction of capital gains tax) per share is payable in arrears.
The Executive Board has decided to pay out the undistributed net profit of EUR 113,808.211. After deduction of capital gains tax, an amount of EUR 82,510.95 (net) will be paid out.
A payment to the securities accounts without rounding fraction, i.e. in full cent amounts, can only be made (after deduction of capital gains tax) for every 100 shares (0.61 ct per 100 shares), so that if 100 shares are not reached, a non-payable fraction arises, which can amount to a maximum of 0.96 ct. The remainder resulting from the fractions will be allocated by the company to the revenue reserve. Shareholders who hold fewer than 100 shares in total will not receive a payout.
The payment will be made on 16.06.2025 (Payment Day). The Ex-Day and the Record Day remain unchanged.
